I had my colonoscopy earlier this week and it was an absolutely seamless process from beginning to end!! The front office was on time and the staff was very courteous and professional. The admitting staff of nurses & Drs. were very warm hearted and take special care of you so that you’re aware of exactly what’s about to take place. My nurse was “T” - the love of her profession comes across in how she treats her patients. She made me feel at ease & so very caring. She even called me the following day to see how I was feeling. There was a nurse tech that stayed in the room where my procedure was taking place who was especially kind & caring. Shes also going to be an asset to this remarkable team, she talked to me to calm my jitters and anxiety until the dr arrived. She set up the room and prepared me for the procedure. I’m sorry I was so nervous I don’t recall her name. But she had a genuine bedside manner as well as T. Soon the Dr. arrived and the sedation nurse who was assisting. They are a team to be highly commended for excellence!! I didn’t feel any pain, I woke up unaware that the process was all over. After discharge they ensure that you have a ride home & even walk you to your car or Uber. I’m so blessed that God put these angels in charge of my life.... something which was very scary and crucially important; in the hands of such caring professionals who CARE!!!
